Mr. Wade Lipscomb has been involved in the construction industry for over six years. Mr. Lipscomb is a motivated entrepreneur whose wide range of experience in project management and operations has given him the ability to start a specialty contractor company focused on interior construction. Wade’s extensive experience as a project engineer managing operations of multiple projects as well as the oversight of daily field operations, demonstrate his capability to continue to lead and develop his own company. From his experience at Range Resources, Mr. Lipscomb also is proficient in analyzing data for planning company objectives, key results and long-term business strategies. Mr. Wade has cultivated beneficial relationships with suppliers, service providers and owners that he continues to maintain. His tenacity and determination combined with his education and executive leadership skills has led him to build a first-generation firm
WILLIAM WEST
Principal
Mr. West’s has over twenty-three years of experience in the construction industry encompassing positions ranging from intern to senior project manager and founding principal of Triple 3 Construction.
Bill manages the operations side of Triple 3 Construction. His responsibilities include developing initial schedules including sequencing, duration, logic, cost/manpower planning, and subsequent scheduling maintenance. In conjunction with site staff, Mr. West monitors and controls construction through administrative direction to ensure projects are successful. He also investigates and identifies potential cost and risk situations and implements the appropriate corrective measures. Mr. West analyzes and successfully negotiates owner and subcontractor Change Orders, Pay Requests, Cost Proposals, Time Extension Reports, etc. to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract requirements. He assesses risk in subcontractor and bond requirements, and ensures contracts are issued and executed in a timely manner. Mr. West’s knowledge and expertise in operations management has provided him the opportunity to become the cofounder of Triple 3 Construction.
